This notice describes the information handled by LiveWebFlyer’s website discovery questionnaire and how you can control it.
What the questionnaire collects
Your answers may include your business goals, audience, website requirements, timeline, budget range, and contact details. Please do not enter passwords, payment-card information, medical records, government identifiers, or other secrets in free-text fields.
When information leaves your device
An unfinished draft is stored only in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent to LiveWebFlyer until you review the brief, consent to contact, and select Send my project brief. The local draft is removed after a successful submission. You can also remove it at any time by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser.
How a submitted brief is used
The completed brief is converted into PDF and JSON files and emailed to the LiveWebFlyer recipients configured for the questionnaire. It is used to understand your request, prepare recommendations, and contact you about the project. Marketing updates are optional and require a separate choice.
Storage and safeguards
Completed questionnaire answers are not stored in the website database. They remain in the receiving business mailbox until no longer needed or deletion is requested. The service keeps limited, pseudonymous technical metadata to prevent abusive repeated submissions; that record does not contain your questionnaire answers.
Speech features
Questions are spoken only when you choose Listen. Voice answers use speech-recognition capabilities provided by your browser or device, whose processing may be governed by that provider’s privacy terms. You can complete the entire questionnaire without enabling the microphone.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of a submitted brief by emailing clinton@livewebflyer.com. Include enough context for us to identify the submission, but do not send sensitive information by email.
