The current offer is scoped project work with a defined maintenance service. We confirm a deliverable and sustainable support scope before quoting; there is no standard self-service subscription to buy here.
Can I discuss a budget without filling out the questionnaire?
Yes. Contact us directly with your website, the workflow you want to improve, and a budget range if you have one. The detailed project brief is optional.
Are hosting, AI, voice, and payment fees included?
Approved provider charges are separate from LiveWebFlyer’s setup and maintenance fees. The plan identifies the providers, payer, usage assumptions, and limits. Your business’s sales and payment-processing fees are also separate transactions.
Is customization or support unlimited?
No. Deliverables, supported integrations, maintenance, and support allowances are defined in the agreement. Additional requests are assessed and quoted separately.
