Additional provider bindings are counted only when that amenity is selected. Pages beyond six need an existing supported layout. All extra locations share one reviewed profile.
Usage & provider budget
Both methods use Vertex AI text-reasoning rates for separate typed turns. Live voice includes its own reasoning; we do not charge it twice.
For Vertex Live, enter estimated BILLABLE token totals, in millions, across app and phone voice. Include repeated session context. These do not auto-convert from connected minutes.
Cloud, voice and SMS allowances are assumptions. Provider bills may vary; subscriptions, merchant fees, maps/search, registration, original-carrier forwarding, hardware and taxes are excluded unless entered or separately reviewed.
Service level & review needs
Care includes defined maintenance/evaluation allocations. Client-request time and response targets are agreed in writing; no unlimited work or 24/7 coverage.
